Candice has aspired to not only work in the film industry, but to write and produce her own films.

At the ripe young age of 16, she wrote her first screenplay and a stage play at at 18.

Since then, she has been to college and received diplomas in Theatre Production and Design, Music Peformance / Composition, Recording Arts Management and has taken over 10 years of classical voice training.

Candice also spent five years working in the film industry in Toronto in many different capacities both in front and behind the camera, so she could hone her skills and learn what the film biz is all about. From her first day on set, she was bit by "the bug".

When the film industry fell apart in 2002 and there was little or no work to be had, she felt as though she lost a part of herself, and has been wanting to get back into it, only this time, with her own films.

She has also been on a spiritual journey since she was 19 years old and has since become a Reiki Master / Teacher, Angelic Awakenings Practitioner, and now teaches others how to connect to their Angelic team, do healing work and most importantly, helps others to get on track with their own life purpose.

Candice's plan is not just to make any old film, but to make spiritually based films that not only will serve to assist in the awakening of the consciousness of everyone she can, but films that will entertain and appeal to a larger market than that of the traditional spiritual cinema crowd.

For the past 6 weeks, Candice has been forwarding her training and is taking an intensive screenwriting course that so far, has is not only making her a better writer, but has proven to be life changing for her personally.

Candice's plan is to continue her training into the areas of directing, producing and all things film making, so that she can take the films she has written, and turn them into powerful films that will eventually make it to the big screen.

After spending the past few weeks researching, she finally found a course that's local, which will be significantly cheaper than the original plan of going to LA to take some courses.

1) Meditate or journal in silence in a sacred, calming space in the meditation room.

2) Receive a Lightbody activation that will help to raise your vibration and connect to your Soul Self.

3) Go on a guided journey to connect with your highest self, Angel, spirit guide or power animal. You will learn how to tap into your inner wisdom to receive direct personal, inner guidance.

5) Connect with your nervous system in a gentle and allowing way to release tension, stress and pain from the physical body. This technique will help you to achieve deep relaxation, ease of movement & a greater range of motion. Fantastic!

6) Spend time connecting with other of like mind and spirit in the social room.

7) Because our physical bodies also require nurturing, we will also have healthy snacks, tea and other refreshments set up in the kitchen.

Bio-Energetic Release Group Session

You will be guided through a non-invasive, self directed and empowering healing process that will release the muscle known as the Psoas. You will also learn about how the health of this important muscle affects all areas of your life.

The Psoas muscle is a major muscle which stabilizes the base of the spine, allowing it to flex, and rotating the hips for a free range of movement. When kept limber, the psoas functions smoothly with the other muscles of the body to support an upright posture and a flexible lower spine and hips.

The psoas is also known as a “sacred” muscle in the body which stores physical / mental / emotional / sexual energy, memory, trauma and stress. By releasing the Iliopsoas muscle, stress, emotions and other types of trauma will be released through the use of a non-invasive and self-guided technique. What Do You Want to Create in 2011 and beyond?

Christmas is now done for another year, and we entering 2011. There have been numberous channelers, intuitives and healers who all seem to agree that 2011 is going to be a bright and successful year full of joy, abundance, laughter and BIG transformation.

We are already seeing these changes. On December 12, which just happened to be the day that we held our Open House / Solstice gathering, was a MAJOR activation day: 12/12 at 12:12pm. I didn't know this when I set the date, but I felt strongly at the time, that it had to be on that day. I now know why...

Two days prior, I was on a high. I had just spent about five hours in a creative whirlwind working on my screenplay about Angels and Twin Flames. That night I couldn't sleep because of the excitement. I had the stongest "something's up" feeling I ever had. It felt as though everything that I ever wanted, was about to come true in a hurry.

I reasoned that it had to do with the fact that I finally broke through my writer's block after many months of struggling. After laying awake, basking in the energy, it hit me there was a significant global activation and major changes were in the works.

Angel of the Month for January - Dove

The Dove represents the feminine power of giving, prophecy, and the hope a new beginning. She is the embodiment of the maternal instinct, and is connected to Mother Earth and her creative abilities.

The Dove shows and reveals the veils between the spiritual and physical worlds. Her mournful call speaks to our deepest self and stirs both our emotions, and our imagination. The voice of the dove is a rain song and brings us hope of a new beginning.

The dove is the totem of "Between Times" and shows us the time of the thinning of the veils between the physical and the spiritual world. Listen for her call with your soul.

The Dove shows up in many legends and lore. They were the totem of Aphrodite the Goddess of Love, and they bore the ambrosia from the Goddesses which kept Zeus immortal, they are the symbol of sexual passion in India. The flock of Doves called the “Seven Sisters” in Greece are thought to be the daughters of Aphrodite. Sophia, The Goddess of Wisdom, in the Mediterranean, is said to have descended upon animal vessels as the form of a Dove. In Mexico the Dove is seen as both a Love Goddess and a Madonna. The Hebrew’s see the Dove as a symbol of peace and purity.

How appropriate is it that Lady Dove has shown herself for this month’s totem animal. With all of the changes and activations that have been taking place lately, it is Dove’s message to remember the purity of that creative spirit that is us at a soul level. When we follow our own true calling, she will help to guide us into a new world – full of joy, love and beauty – all of which will radiate through us and into the world.

Now is the time to receive all that our souls have called for and longed for, not only personally, but as a society. Through our choosing to be that which we already are at the deepest level, we choose to walk the path of the Divine. She is the essence of the law of allowing. Which is the letting go of how we think things should be, and giving ourselves permission to receive our soul's calling straight from the Divine.

The Dove sees what is truly under the surface into our true essence. This reminds us that in each and every one of us, is a spark of the Divine, and that what Creator wants for us is to shine our light brightly and use the gifts we have been given. When we serve our Divinely given gifts, we serve the All That Is. It is our birthright. To do anything less is to ignore our purpose of why we came here.

The time is now to fully receive our essence and purpose with open arms. The time is now to fulfill our individual parts in the Divine plan. As I tune in to the energy of the Dove, she tells me that underneath her seeming softness, there is a power that is an act of Creation itself. The Dove might be soft and gentle, but make no mistake, she carries a power equal to the fiercest of creatures. She holds a steady determination to carry out her part in the Divine plan despite all obstacles, interferences and in spite of fear or unsteadiness. She need not war with others around her, she need only tap into the infinte potential that we all carry, and harness it. Always remembering the delicate balance between give and receive, inner power versus outward action, serving humanity and caring for self, and the ever present ebb and flow of Spirit.

She teaches us that in order to soar, we must know when to move our wings and when to allow the wind to take us to new heights. If she were to sit on a branch looking to the sky and hoping the wind will pick her up, she would never move. But without surrendering and allowing the wind support her wings, she could not experience the exhilaration of flying higher and higher.

The more we can let go, the more we can tap into the infinite power of Creator and fly higher than we thought possible. It’s time to let go of the ground, let the wind and our wings take us, knowing that we have everything we need.

Angel of the Month for September ~ Persistence ~

The deck that I've used this month was the Ascended Masters Oracle deck, by Doreen Virtue.

This month's Angel card is a nice progression from last month, as it spoke of Reward for all of the hard work, and that things are moving forward according to the Divine Plan.

Persistence speaks of sticking to your guns and through persistent action and thought, your dreams are beginning to manifest into form. The Angel's tell me that even though you may not be able to see the physical manifestion just yet, that keep to what your guidance has been telling you, and you will begin to see things come into being, if you haven't already.

They tell me that many of us are about to hit THE major breakthrough that we have been waiting for, personally and on a larger scale.

They also remind me that this is also the time that some of the biggest challenges may come up for you, as your comfort zone begins to be challenged.These challenges are not in front of you to deter you from your goals and dreams. Much the opposite. They are there to further teach you what you still have remaining to heal and cleanse, so that you may move into your ultimate life purpose that will fill you with joy and a deep sense of fulfillment.

Now is the time to increase the intensity of that which you have been focused on manifesting. You will not break though these self imposed barriers without effort, focus, desire and passion. The Angels ask you to trust where you are, and where they are leading you, as it is only down the path of the Divine, where you will connect with the full potentiality of who you are at the core of your being. Only then, will your dreams become visible in the physical world.

Once you have "punched through" your beliefs of limitation, lack and fear, the veil will lift and you will have a clear view from which to survey the landscape of what you have created. You will then be able to see that everything that you have wanted, is now at your feet, waiting for you to join the celebration. They tell me that it will be as though you have come home to find the greatest reunion ever held, and you are the guest of honour.

Everything will begin to make sense to you - all of the difficult paths you have chosen for yourself, all of the experiences and people you have met along the way, have shaped you into the amazing being that you are now. These experiences have paved the way for you to be able to manifest your biggest and brightest dreams.

Enjoy this process, for you only get to experience it once. After that, it is simply a memory. Savor these moments, even the ones that don't feel as comfortable and joyous, for they provide the juice that flavours your life. Just keep doing what you're doing, and taking those baby steps, and soon enough, you will have arrived, and the party can begin!

Totem Animal of the Month ~ HERON ~

Herons stand silently in shallow water patiently studying fish, frogs, and crayfish movements. In one quick movement herons plunge their heads into the water and catch their prey. These birds will resolutely defend their feeding territories from other herons.

Heron's slow, deliberate manner produces a ceremonial aura and displays the harmonious natural flow of being ourselves.

These birds are opportunist eaters who'll eat practically anything small enough to swallow. When nesting, herons create crude nests in trees out of sticks. If the nest doesn't collapse in winter, they'll reuse the same nest only making necessary repairs. Heron's slow, deliberate manner produces a ceremonial aura and displays the harmonious natural flow of being ourselves.

Heron teaches us how to become comfortable in uncertain situations where we need to watch for an opportunity to arise and quickly grasp it. It calls us to take courage and follow our true path, which will be discovered through exploring our inner selves, and finding what draws us to action.

As with the Angel of the Month, the message from the animal kingdom is quite appropriate. What this is telling me based on the energies at the moment, and the message from the angels, is that by being patient and still, we will be able to calmly and deliberately catch the opportunies as the arise to the surface.

We have been waiting patiently and planting our seeds. As long as we stand still until the right moment comes, which we will know it without question when it comes, providing that we are in our stillness. We then will be able to do exactly as the Heron does and grab the opportunty with all of our soul and take flight with it.

That moment is nearly upon us, but if we make our move even a moment too soon or too late, we will miss it and have to try again. Have no fear though, because more opportunities will come, and once we've had more practice, that moment will come for us to take that leap of faith and fly.

The Angels and the energy of the Heron say that we cannot fail in this process, whether your goal is personal & spiritual growth, improving your health, to find your soulmate, or to find your life purpose and live successfully in that purpose.

We have all come so far, and have laid the groundwork for this inevitable success. Enjoy it. You deserve it!

Angel of the Month for August

This month I used Doreen Virtue's "Saints & Angels" Oracle deck.

The card that was picked this month, "Reward", literally jumped out of the deck as I shuffled. I always take that to mean it really wants to be heard. As soon as I saw what card it was, I knew that it was so appropriate for what has been going on energetically in the past few months.

In the past few months, with the Harmonic Cosmo-Genesis (or what's also become known as the second Harmonic Convergence), Summer Solstice happening at about the same time as Lunar eclipse, and a seven planet Grand Cross, a tremedous amount of energy has been shaken loose.All of these shifts in energy have to do with cleaning out our proverbial (and literal) closets of all of the old that no longer serves our highest good. All that cannot move through this time of transformation as we move closer to 2012.

Most of us have been experience upheaval, the old ways of being, doing and thinking are being forced to the light, to be transmuted into Divine Infinite Love. As a result, we may be now moving into a place of rest and a forced slowing down so that we can integrate from the change that has taken place.With the Reward card that has been pulled, the immediate message that I received from the Angels, is that we will soon be entering into a phase where we will begin to reap the rewards for all of the hard and dilligent work that we've been doing,

outwardly and inwardly.

The Angels say that this reward is long due, and it is our time to celebrate what we've done and all that we have moved through and past, as we head toward the light.Those of you who have been pursuing a life purpose in healing and transformational work, will now be given new opportunities for growth and expansion in these pursuits, eventually allowing us to release the jobs and professions that no longer serve this higher purpose. The Angels tell me that now is the time for us to shine our light in ways that we haven't been able to in a way that's not only financially sustainable, but will allow us to thrive, and consequently, be able to show others how to do the same.

Those who are not currently in the healing & transformational arts as a profession, may start to feel a call to move in that direction. The next few months will provide opportunities to pursue that call with less resistance that we've experienced in the past. And with many of already well on that path, we can be the wayshowers for those who are just beginning.

For those who are working the path of the "Undercover Lightworker" and choose to have other careers, will be also shown new and beautiful ways to spread their light to those who need it and are ready to awaken to their soul purpose. The Angels tell me that over the next six to twelve months, there will be a great influx of those who are new on their spiritual journies, greater than we've ever seen,and those of us who have been on this path for some time, are going to be very, very busy. Our light will called up more than we've experience.

This promises to be a very exciting time, providing that we allow ourselves to go with the flow with the least amount of resistance we can muster up. We're also being reminded by the Angels, that even though we are going to be busier than ever, that we need to take care of ourselves more than ever. They tell me that
because of the demand on our time, energy, light and services, we may be tempted to do more than we can handle, because our souls are calling so strongly to be of service.

The Angels remind us that in order for us to be truly and fully of service, that we also need to rest, eat healthy (preferably organic) foods, get plenty of rest and physical exercise, meditate regularly and practice self care daily. They also tell me that we will need to exercise our boundaries, as more people find their way to us for guidance and healing.

Our time we begin to be in more demand, which will require us to say "no" occasionally. This is where networking with other practitioners and teachers will come in handy. As our own schedules fill up, we may need to refer people to others to help take up the slack, so that we don't burn ourselves out. The Angels say that there is little that is worse that a burned out Lightworker who can't be of service. We must remember to take really good care of ourselves, starting now. If we've neglected to do these things, we need to get started now, so that when the influx begins, we will have already created a new habit and will greatly lessen (if not, eliminate it) the risk of burn out.

Before that influx begins, the Angels mostly are asking us to enjoy the little bit of down time (if you're getting that at the moment) and rest while you can, so that you will be ready. Many lightworkers are already experiencing that influx, and it won't be long before the rest of us are in the same place. Keep your eyes out for new opportunties for plans and projects long awaited coming into fruition, as this is a time for that to begin to happen.

These opportunities are coming your way a reward for the work we've all done, so when you can, try not to hesitate too much. It may feel as though you are leaping a great chasm and taking the biggest leap of faith you've ever done. Just know that when those opportunities cross your path, it's because you ARE READY and have all of the tools, skills and abilities to sprout your wings and take flight! (To Infinity...and Beyond!) Most of all, the Angels are saying be in Joy, Love, Laughter, and always, always, always...

Do you ever get that 'panic' of feeling time is ticking along, and you still haven't figured out what the heck you're supposed to be doing with your life? This can be a very unpleasant experience - I know first hand what it felt like, and I'm sure glad I don't feel it any more!

There are 5 steps to getting on track. The problem when it comes to work direction, as I see it: most people are looking for a noun, such as electrician, Reiki Master, consultant. But your calling will not be a noun. It will be more like a verb... It is not a destination but a way of living that you are really craving. I call them JRs - Juicy Realizations - and once you understand their importance in your life, I think you'll wonder how you ever left them out of your work direction decisions in the past! Animal Totem of the Month ~ Snake ~

Has Snake slithered into your world today?

If so, you are being asked to undergo a major transformation. Are you willing to shed your old skin? Are you willing to let go of people, places, and things that no longer have a place in your life? Snake will help you make the grand transformation, then slide into a new life that's brimming with possibility.

This month seems to be all about transformation in a big way. The snake is all about transformation. I learned recently from my Animal Speak book (by Ted Andrews) that if a snake decided that it wanted to hold on to it's shedding skin, that it would actually die from suffocation.

I also learned that the snake is about healing, for without the healing aspect of shedding the old, we would not be able or prepared to do so. Transformation is about not only shedding the old, but about healing our old beliefs, issues, hurts, etc. so that we CAN let them go to be transformed by the Angels.

As we move forward from this very intense cycle of clearing out the old, we must also focus on bring in the new. Much in the same way that as the old skin of the snake is being shed, there has already been a new, softer skin being formed underneath, so that when the old is ready to be shed, it can be done so with grace, ease and beauty.

Then we fight and resist the letting go, that we create the pain and uncomfortableness of changes. It can always be an easy and joyous process, but ONLY if we allow it to be so. When we do that, then change, believe it or not, can be a whole lot of fun!

Ask the Snake to teach you how you can glide through the letting go with joy and laughter, and you will be shown, if you allow space for it.

Joy, Infinity, Taking in the Sweetness of Life, Persistence in the Pursuit of your Dreams

It is not commonly known that the fluttering wings of the hummingbird move in the pattern of an infinity symbol - further solidifying their symbolism of eternity, continuity, and infinity.

By observing the Hummingbird, we see they are seemingly tireless. Always actively seeking the sweetest nectar, they remind us to forever seek out the good in life and the beauty in each day.

Amazing migrators, some Hummingbirds are known to wing their way as far as 2000 miles to reach their destination. This quality reminds us to be persistent in the persuit of our dreams, and adopt the tenacity of the Hummingbird in our lives.

The most profound questions the Hummingbird asks is:

"Where is your joy?"
"Is your happiness found within, or do you seek it externally?"
"What is the source of your joy?"
"What must you do to increase your joy?"

Sorrow and worry have no place in your life today, as Hummingbird's message is one of absolute joy. Hummer's darting movements, flashes of brilliant reds and greens, and unmistakable whirr are all guaranteed to bring a smile to the face of even the most dour among us. If live has been difficult of late, know that joy is whirring your way.

Hummingbird – the tiniest of all birds – brings special messages to us. It is the only creature that can stop dead while traveling at full speed. It can hover, or can go forward, backward, up or down. It lives on nectar and searches for the sweetness of life. Its long tongue lets it bypass the often tough and bitter outer layer to find the hidden treasures underneath. Hummingbird is loved by the flowers and plants, for as it sucks the nectar from the flower, the plant reproduces and more of its’ kind are created. In many traditions, Hummingbird feathers have been prized for their almost magical qualities. It is said that Hummingbird brings love as no other medicine can, and its presence brings joy to the observer.

Hummingbird medicine teaches you adapt easily to whatever situation you may find yourself in, and make the most of your new circumstances. Don’t waste time looking back and wishing for “what was” for you are concerned with making the most of “what is.” Hummingbird can help you with addictions to any artificial stimulants, as she helps you find joy in your own heart. She can also teach us to take pleasure in spreading joy and love and beauty to all around us, and take that inner joy into new and different surroundings.

She also teaches us to find the good in people, and not be put off by a gruff or abrupt exterior. It’s about learning to get beyond that tough outside layer, and finding goodness and beauty inside.

Those who have Hummingbird as totem (or those who she has crossed paths with) may have a gift for working with flowers, maybe growing them to share with others, or using flower essences for healing. Aromatherapy may be your calling. You can also think about adopting these therapies into your own healing process.

Hummingbird medicine is about letting go of the things that weigh you do to bring in high energy so your spirit can be free. To restrict that wonderful, free, loving energy is to suffer great depressions and feelings of uselessness. Hummingbird must fly free in search of beauty, spreading joy and love to all it touches.

If you have ever been curious about what Reiki is, we will starting a new evening workshop and information night on Reiki and energy work. You will get a chance to find out what Reiki is about, what you will learn in a Reiki class, and how it will benefit you. You will also have a chance to experience what it feels like to channel Reiki energy for yourself and how easy that really is.

Reiki Intro Evenings are always held on the Friday evening of a Level 1 course. Should the student decide to enrol for the full weekend course, the $40 fee will be applied the balance of the full course tuition.

Reiki Level 1

Level One Reiki is a 2 and a half day intensive course, held over a Friday evening and Saturday / Sunday, which includes powerful and sacred level one attunements, information on the history of Reiki, and ways of applying this unique science.

Specific hand positions covering the head, front and back of the body, and their corresponding physical, mental, emotional and spiritual significance are extensively covered. Instructions are given on how to utilize Reiki with family, friends, plants, animals, food and water. The benefits of using Reiki in a group are discussed and an actual group treatment is experienced.

No Prerequisite to be able to attend this class. It's suited for those who are brand new to healing and also for those who are more advanced practitioners of other healing modalities.

It was another great spring run of shows, thanks to everyone who came out to the show and visited our booth. Danard and I were kept really busy, particularly me with doing a ton of Angel readings. Wow, I was rather blown away at the pace, I was barely able to keep up. Had to leave the booth to get a break!

All those who expressed interest in signing up for any of our upcoming workshops, here's an update. The next level 1 class in Calgary is filling up really fast. To get your space booked, better get signed up soon, or you'll miss the boat. The next Calgary level 1 won't be until September, unless some time opens up in July. The AngelSong class scheduled for June is starting to get full, so get your registration in soon as well.

Danard and I were also interviewed live on Global TV on Saturday morning for the Calgary show. Hopefully lots of you saw the show. If anyone happened to record that, I'd love to get a copy of it for posterity. It was way cool to be asked to be showcased on Global, and I wasn't as nervous as I thought I would be!

I'll posting some photos soon from the show that a friend of ours took, as soon as I get copies of those, so stay tuned.

Additional Message: Your life has been noisy lately, and you need to escape into a place of natural tranquility. It is time for you to be alone in nature, even if it is for just a brief while. You don't need others' permission to take care of your soul in this way. Simply plan your sojourn, and then follow through on those plans.

Once you are alone in nature, allow your mind to wander wherever it wants to go. Notice your thoughts and feelings, and perhaps write them down. After a time, speak (aloud or silently) to the nature angels that surround you. Ask them to clear your body and aura of any stress that you may have absorbed. Then, meditate and pray about your desires and intentions. Prayers are amplified by the power of nature, and you will feel very refreshed when you return home.

Stay Tuned for Some Wee Changes in the Format of our Classes

After the last few classes that we held, it's come quite apparent that adding some extra time to the courses is very much needed. For the past 2 years, we've been teaching the level 2 and Advanced Reiki courses each as a 1 day course. The level 1 has just been a 2 day (Sat/Sun) course. And for that time, that was working quite nicely, but I've noticed that there have been more novices into energy work taking the courses these days.

The format that we've had so far was working because the folks that came to our classes were more advanced in energy healing and we were able to get through the material very quickly. This doesn't work quite as well when teaching novices. Therefore, we have decided to go back to a 2 day format for level 2 Reiki course. We will also be adding a Friday evening for the level 1 course, which will double as an intro for those who are interested, but not sure if Reiki is for them. The Advanced Reiki class will also be spread out into a 2 day format for the same reason. And finally, the Master Practitioner class (now a 2 day, Sat/Sun format) will have an additional Friday evening added, for the same reasons as the for the level 1.

After teaching a newly revise and much more in-depth AngelSong Intensive workshop in February, I've also realized that there's a LOT of info to cover, requiring the addition of a Friday evening as well. And as with the other courses that will have the same format, the Friday will be set up as an intro.

In the next few days, I will be updating the course schedules listed in our events page to reflect these changes. So, if you have been thinking about taking any of our courses, check to the website, and here for these updates. For the time being, the tuition fees will remain the same as they are now.

The only change will be that for the classes that will have the Friday night "intro", there will be a $44 tuition fee for that evening. Should anyone decide to take the whole weekend at that point, the $44 will be applied to full tuition fee for that course.

Angel of the Month ~ Archangel Michael

Most, if not all of us, have been feeling the weight of the massive amount of transformation that has been taking place on Earth at this time.

From earth changes, resulting in devastation, to the global economy, to politics and the ecosystem, to our own inner jouries. It seems as though "All hell is breaking loose", and in some ways, it is.

Change and growth is not always an easy thing, and no one on this planet, including the planet herself. This means that we are all experiencing great transformation simultaneously. I keep being told by the Angel that the level of change that we are facing at this time has never happened to this extent before.

Up to this point, for a very long time, there has been a veil of power and control that has been placed over us, which is now being lifted so that we all may walk in the light. Anything that no longer serves the highest good for all is now being cleansed away. Those who resist, are being faced with their issues being mirrored back to them in a powerful way.

Archangel Michael asks us to have faith and courage to face all that no longer serves us. He also reminds us that the less we resist these changes, the easier they will be. We do have the power to bring the Earth and all who live here, back into balance, but it is up to each and every one of us to play our p arts.

Every person on this planet chose to come here at this time for a reason - even those who are choosing to leave, for even in their leaving, they help to lift the vibration and consciousness of all.

Archangel Michael asks us to also have courage and know that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, if we choose to see it. As with the great Law of Attraction, that which we focus on becomes manifest. If we choose to see this time as an opportunity rather than the end, we will - together - bring about a new vision for the Earth.

He tells me that if we didn't have the power to re-create Eden right here and now, we wouldn't be here to do this work. Believe and know this to be true! As with the Raven totem, remember that you are all Creator!

By working out your own "stuff' you cleanse those issues for others around you, and the density is gradually lifted, along with the veil.

Guardian Angel - "Be Brave"

You may have noticed lately, that things have been a bit more difficult. Even the simplest tasks seem to end being a struggle, ordeal and even an adventure ~ not always the good kind.

We are now being asked to raise our frequencies to a much higher degree. We are also being asked to really decide what it is that we choose for our future and to start taking real action to step into that future boldly. We are also be held to a significantly higher level of integrity, and anything that is not of the highest integrity, is being forced from us.

This means the energy that we are all being pushed though can be very intense. Anything that does not serve our highest good, and for the world around us, is being stripped from us. Sometimes gracefully, sometimes radically. It is up to us, how we choose to make our way through this transformational and powerful time in history.

As we approach December 21, 2012, we are being forced to deal with our baggage, judgements, and fight or flight reactions. And the more you resist, the more all of this will persist.

The only thing that will be allowed to cross over into this new world that we are in the process of creating, is Uncondition Love, and nothing else. Anything else that does not vibrate at that level will be burned away - leaving behind only the best and hightest vibration of Love.

For those who do not live in complete love and integrity, will have a considerably more challenging time in passing through this gateway. This is why there is so much uncertainty in many aspects of the world around us, affecting every aspect of our lives - finances, career, relationships, global consciousness, etc. But you do have a choice.

In order to make it through this biggest transition in known history, we must allow ourselve to relax and simply let go of the old ways of thinking, being and doing. It may force you to step out of the status quo of society, and stand up for what you believe in. And it will definetly force you to get real with yourself.

This takes a certain level of bravery to accomplish. It takes great courage to face your dark side head on and deal with what comes up so that you can transmute and heal that which you have been avoiding.

But know this; your Higher Self, personal guides, the Angels, Archangels, Ascendeded Master ~ ALL of the beins of light are there to assist you in whatever way you require. All it takes is for you to ask for what you need help with, and they will be there before you even finish your sentence and already working miracles in your life. Your job then, is to simple receive and be aware of the subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) changes that take place from that point on. We have to ask for them to intervene directly.

Being of Service by Remembering Your Mastery

Greetings dear ones - this is Michael and Metatron at your service. We bring you news of great things coming in your near future. It has been said in the past that when one travels a difficult journey such as one that you have all chosen to Channeled walk upon, that great rewards lie at the end of that journey. We would like to revise this slightly to say that it is not at the end of the journey when you will reap the rewards of the great path you have chosen at this time, it is all along the path where you will find the greatest gifts, even if it may seem as though your path is dark, uphill and fraught with possible dangers that lurk around every corner, whether they are real or imagined.

We would like to remind you of the reason you have chosen this path at this particular time in your Earth's history. It is simply this...to experience the reawakening of your own individual souls to the Divine that is not only within you, but is your birthright.

Many of you are feeling as though you have lost your purpose for being, especially those of you who have felt you have a great mission here on Earth for a very long time. It is not that you have lost your purpose, although it may feel as though you have lost your way. What is taking place at this time is a kind of refocusing of your energies.

Many of you have sought to be of service primarily to others who are on this same journey. But in order to navigate your way through the seeming "muck and mire" of your life experiences, you must remember that in order to truly be of service to others, one must focus this act of service upon themselves first. For without service your own needs before the needs of others, you run the risk of burning out before you have reached your goal.

This is not to say that putting your needs before others need be in a manner which does a dis-service to others. What we wish to impress upon you is that without your own needs being met, the needs of others too, will go unfulfilled. Your own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies must be filled with the light of the Creator, before the overflow can ever spill out to others around you. If your light is dimmed because you have not refilled your cup, so to speak, you will have nothing left to share with others.

This, my dear ones, is the true meaning of service, and it is your true calling - your only TRUE purpose here. All things that you may choose to "do" or "be" while accomplishing this one task are simply that - a means to the ultimate goal which is to become, or rather, remember that which you have always been. It is through this remembering, that all of your hopes, dreams, desires, wants and needs will not only be met and achieved, but exceeded beyond your wildest imaginings.

We would like to give all of you some homework to play with for the next while. It is a very simple assignment - which is simply to wake up each and every morning, and remembering that you are one with the Creator. And then visualize bringing the light that is the Creator down through your crown and then filling you up completely. If you can do this once in the morning when you wake up, and then once before you go to sleep, this will go a long way in achieving your Divine "mission" here on Earth, it is truly the only thing that is required of you. If you are feeling down, or un-well, this is also a wonderful opportunity to do this homework, and then just mentally note how you feel afterward.

Once your have filled your tank, so to speak, you will then be able to spread and be that light for all others to see. There are no books to read, no seminars to attend, no gurus to worship. Only this is required for you to remember your Mastery and then assist others to do the same.

We would like to end by saying that you are loved and supported in all that you do. Anytime you are in need of anything, simple speak our names (or any other you wish to work with) and we are with you before you say the last syllable. We bow to your great courage in your choice to forge new territories of consciousness.

Tell Them the Ugly Truth! (how to write a compelling bio)

Here's a fabulous article written by a fabulous lady to whom I subscribe to her newsletter. This one is for anyone out there who is trying to build a business that's based on helping people. It's about writing your bio and how it should tell your story about how you came to be an expert in your field. Not the credentials, but what you went through to get to where you are. The stuff that IS you. I do know this compels people so much more because about 4 years ago, when I was going through another bout of serious depression and anxiety, I blogged all of my "crap" about what I was going through.

I remember one day reading some of my posts and wondering to myself, who would want to read this s**t, it's aweful! Within a very short amount of time, someone commented on my posts that I was an inspiration to them. My response was utter shock and disbelief..."why...HOW could this crap inspire anyone", I asked. Her response went something like this: Because you are able to speak (in public no less) what the rest of us are feeling, but cannot or will not, express. Because you can do this openly, the rest of us learn that we are not alone, and this is what is inspiring. Wow...that was humbling to say the least. My partner, many times, has said the same thing...that my gift is to say it like it is. So, with that in mind, here's the article...

I teach my clients the power of telling their own story as they start their own businesses, with this phrase: Your Truth Will Set Them Free. This is one of the biggest neon light mistakes that I see helping professionals make.

They believe that this has nothing to do with them. "I need to focus on the clients and what the clients need. I need to make sure that I'm looking at their problems and their struggles and I'm working towards it." They don't tell their stories.

There's nothing that I hate more than going to someone's website or reading their marketing materials and reading a bio. Everybody goes, "But I'm supposed to have a bio on my website. I'm supposed to have an 'About Me' on my website."

Bios are credentials and, for the most part, pretty boring. What is fascinating, what enables you to connect with someone and enables you to really care about someone and discover empathy, is when you tell your story. This is so vitally important when you are building relationships with potential clients.

Don't tell the Cinderella version, tell the ugly step-sister, the warped version. It is your mistakes that really are going to leverage your clients to their own success.

For example, I'll share that I did some things in the beginning of my business that, had I known what I know now, I certainly would have done them differently.

I worked way too hard in the beginning. Way too hard! I put in a lot of hours that were not necessary. I will admit to that. I also took on every client that came my way. If I could nab them, I took them. That was something that didn't serve me well in the long run.

I also followed the marketing "gurus". I believed that if I just do everything exactly their way, this would work for me. The result was that I was exhausted, a little bit confused, and really frustrated. What happened was I didn't have a core message.

I thought, "I've got to have a name. It's got to be cute. It's got to appeal to people. It's got to be as big as Pepsi and Coca-Cola."

That only made me exhausted. It came to the point where I really stopped trying to create this business that seemed like a 24-story building in some imaginary business land. I just said, "This is who I am. The best thing that I have to offer is me." Your truth will set them free. Your journey, your mistakes, how you overcame obstacles and your conclusions, this is the insight your clients are looking for.

You know that your bio is about everything that you've accomplished. Maybe you have 67 credentials and maybe you talk about where you went to school. Maybe it's talking about your kids or your family - and those things are important as well. People like to hear about them.

But what's most important is: Why you? What's your story? If you're going to work with parents having difficulties with their kids and you're going to be a parenting coach, what's your story in that? Why are you coming to this area? What do you have to bring to other parents?

Was it that you struggled as being a parent and now you really made a turn and now you can share this with other people? Was it that you had an extraordinary parenting situation that maybe wasn't so pleasant but taught you a lot that you can now share with others?

If you're a health coach, what's your story around health? You wouldn't be drawn to something that you don't have a story about or that you don't have a stake in or something in your life didn't bring you to it.

If you answer, "Oh, I don't know what my story is," I ask you to really dig deep. It's there. It may be covered up or it may be something that you're afraid to share, but it's definitely there. Share your story. It is what opens people up to wanting to work with you.

11/11/11 Gateway Celebration last night...Wowee!!!

Yesterday (stardate - 11/11/11) the planet crossed a significant energetic threshold. At the last minute, Danard and I decided to host a small gathering of souls to help usher in this powerful gateway.

There were seven of us who gathered in a sacred circle to assist the new energies of the 11/11/11 (Nov. 11, 2009) in being downloaded into the Earth's Planetary Grid. As I welcomed everyone into the circle, we could feel the energy beginning to build already.

I knew right away that something amazing was about to happen. I read a few notes that I had found on the internet as to what this gateway was about - moving beyond our fears and into love and joy, which is the only energy that will be allowed to move forward as we make our final approach into 2012. In the proceeding intro and conversation, two particular meditations were chosen to assist with the transitioning through this gateway.

One was to assist all those who have left the physical, particularly loved ones, to cross over so they could lift themselves up and above the dense energy of the Earth, as well as take some of the fear with them to be healed and transformed. The other was to listen to a meditation I found on You Tube while putting our attention on holding open this 11/11/11 Gateway, so that all those still here who are choosing to walk through, can do so, including ourselves.

We also chose to hold our attention from this day forward to holding the vibration of love and joy and holding space for this Gateway so that others can pass through.

In the background, a CD called "Transformation", was playing by a good friend of ours, Sharon Carne (www.mountainrosemusic.com) who is a renowned and gifted sound healer, to set the mood.

We then proceeded to join the circle by doing a sacred smudging ceremony. As we passed the smudge bowl onto the next person in the circle, we would look into each other's eyes to join our energies as one. As the smudge was going around, I gathered up the Tibetan singing bowls, as they wanted to "play" with us. Once the smudge was finished, we began the first phase of our meditation, by playing the bowls, drums, tingsha, and other sound healing tools while visualizing and holding space for all those who have passed on, to fully cross over. Once complete, we still felt that there was one who was hanging on.

We soon discovered that he (a loved one of one of our guests) had a very unique mission. To stay "in between" and be a way shower to those who are lost and wish to cross over. He would then pass those souls off to the brother of another one of our guests, who would then welcome the souls over to the other side. Once this was done, the energy of the room, and these two amazing souls, lifted and we all felt a tremendoud joy that filled the room.

The soul who chose to stay in-between was now full of joy, excitement and laughter at the prospect of his new and very important mission. He began by doing some healing work with his family member who was at the gathering. He also let us know that if any of us wished to have healing, he would joyfully assist. We all felt that we had been witness to a wonderful and amazing gift and felt our own beings beginning to transform as he did his work with such bliss that it made some of us cry.

We then felt it was time to move to the 2nd phase. We listened to the meditation in silence and simply held space for this Gateway. We all felt the presence of the Earth and Sun, which we were connected to in the meditation, and had some very interesting experience which we shared. To close the circle, I sang my favorite traditional song called, Windeya (Cherokee Morning Song) which was wonderfully appropriate.

During the song, which everyone joined in on and sang to the heavens, I had an image of the sun rising and felt a powerful presence that a new day was beginning on many different levels, personal and planetary. We all felt that we had assisted in a very powerful way and our Angels thanked us immensely for doing our part.

I thank all of you who attended physically and in energy! All those who were not there, can intend to be there (even though it is now in the past) by placing your thoughts and energy into the circle. You will receive the full benefits as if you had been there physicall with us. We know you were all there as the room was "full" of souls. Thank you all for making the 11/11/11 so powerful!

Greetings dear ones - this is Michael and Metatron at your service. We bring you news of great things coming in your near future. It has been said in the past that when one travels a difficult journey such as one that you have all chosen to walk upon, that great rewards lie at the end of that journey. We would like to revise this slightly to say that it is not at the end of the journey when you will reap the rewards of the great path you have chosen at this time, it is all along the path where you will find the greatest gifts, even if it may seem as though your path is dark, uphill and frought with possible dangers that lurk around every corner, whether they are real or imagined.

We would like to remind you of the reason you have chosen this path at this particular time in your Earth's history. It is simply this...to experience the reawakening of your own individual souls to the Divine that is not only within you, but is your birthright.

Many of you are feeling as though you have lost your purpose for being, especially those of you who have felt you have a great mission here on Earth for a very long time. It is not that you have lost your purpose, although it may feel as though you have lost your way. What is taking place at this time is a kind of refocusing of your energies.

Many of you have sought to be of service primarily to others who are on this same journey. But in order to navigate your way through the seeming "muck and myre" of your life experiences, you must remember that in order to truly be of service to others, one must focus this act of service upon themselves first. For without service your own needs before the needs of others, you run the risk of burning out before you have reached your goal.

Riding the Waves of Change

Greetings dear ones! We are very happy and joyous to be transmitting these messages to you at this time. We are encouraged to know that you are all well on your way to become great leaders in the forefront of change and transformation of our world. You are all becoming, or rather, remembering who you are at your very core of your nature - which is the pure God-Essence.

We know and understand that many of you are experience a great upheaval in your daily lives. We also recognize that at times, it may be extremely difficult to navigate these uncharged waters given the intensity of the changes that most of you are going through at this time. Many of you are experiencing what one might call depression, anxiety, fear, and even wondering if you truly have a purpose or calling to be here in the physical. We would like to say that even though it may appear that all is lost, including your life-purpose and desire to remain on the planet, if you choose to stand tall through these changes, that you will find a great peacefulness on the other side.

There is great purpose behind what appears as struggle and heartache. As the butterfly uses his struggle to be released from the cocoon as a means of strengthening its wings so that it may fly, so too are you doing the very same thing. For without this day to day learning and growing process, you would not be ready for what is to come when the veil has been lifted and the unseen is now visible. It is in this process that you are able to see the true gift that you are to the Earth, and to the entire Universe. For without you, Mother/Father God could not have the experience of being.

We would like to say to you at this time that all is truly well and on track in your world and all is happening as it should be, even though it may seem to you that the entire world is in upheaval. It may appear as though the control mechanisms in your world – the government, religion, large corporations, etc – have an ever increasing amount of control and manipulation being held in your vibration, but this is also an illusion. You are all reaching a breaking point in which a decision will be made.

Let us help you to understand that you are exactly where you need to be, even those who are seemingly in the dark, in order to transform your world. It may appear as though all is caving in around you, which is being reflected in the economic and political arenas, but what is truly happening below the surface is much different. These systems which have been held in place for a millennia, are now being restructured. In order to do this, the old systems – the old ways of being in your world, must be broken down and then rebuilt to fit into the new vibration that is entering your world at this time. No longer will beings be allowed to force others into submission using fear and control tactics. Trust us when we say that this perceived “downturn” has been long awaited and should be celebrated.

We would like to assure you that you are all on time for what we perceive to be as the greatest, most monumentous change that your world, or any other world, has ever seen. Never before has a world of such illusion and control, has managed to break free of its chains as you are in the process of doing. We see that you are all making great strides in moving forward into a world of true peace and joy where all are in service to each other and the greater all. You are all on the brink of greatness and healing the final remnants of your beliefs in limitation. Your very deepest core issues are now surfacing and seeing the light of day so that you may heal them once and for all. It is when you are in your deepest struggles and facing your most challenging fears, that you are the closest to breaking free of them.

Many of you know these things already or at least sense them on a deeper level, but are in need of a reminder that you are all on the right track, and by simply breathing and consciously connecting to the deeper parts of yourself, you will be able to ride through these changes with joy, beauty, laughter, playfulness and most importantly, with love. When you focus on simply allowing these changes to take place rather than fight against them, this uncomfortableness that you are feeling will be lifted. We also ask that anytime that you feel a resistance or have any feelings of pain, anger, frustration, etc, that you take several deep breaths and allow yourself to connect to us – the Dolphin kingdom - for we are here to assist you make an easier and gentler transition. We are here to remind you of the joy and laughter that can be experienced through this transformational process.

In order to connect to Osha, one only thing that Is required is to breathe deeply and focus on thoughts, images, sounds or feelings of the ocean and the Dolphins who live there. We are telepathically connected to all in the human world and know instantly when you are wishing to connect with us, as we wish to connect to you also. It is our purpose at this time to assist you in a joyful transition from where you are to where you are going.

Once connected, ask for what healing it is that you require or questions that you may have. Have a pen and paper, or better still, a recording device so you may recall what messages or insights you have received. Or, just simply sit or lay in quiet stillness and allow yourself to receive the blessings of Osha. The more often you do this, the easier your transition will be and the quicker you will find yourself experiencing more joy and abundance in your life.

We would like to end this transmission by saying that we love you all so very deeply and are here for you whenever you require our assistance. All you need to do Is ask – but ask you must – for we also know that it is in the asking that we know that you are ready and willing to receive. Good Things Come to Those Who Ask

Asking for what you need is probably the most underutilized tool for people. And yet, amazing requests have been granted to people simply because they've asked for it!

Whether its money, information, support, assistance, or time, most people are afraid to ask for what they need in order to make their dreams come true.

They might be afraid of looking needy, ignorant, helpless, or even greedy. More than likely, though, it is the fear of rejection that is holding them back. Even though they are afraid to hear the word no, they're already saying it to themselves by not asking!

Do you ask for what you want or are you afraid of rejection?

Consider this: Rejection is just a concept. There is really no such thing as rejection! You're not any worse off by hearing no than you were before you asked. You didn't have what you asked for before you asked and you still don't, so what did you lose?

Being rejected doesn't hold you back from anything. Only YOU hold yourself back. If you are told no, ask for what you'd have to do to get it, or ask again at another time when the circumstances have changed. Ask if they know someone else who might say yes. When you realize that there's no merit to rejection, you'll feel more comfortable asking for things. But you may need a bit of help learning how to ask for what you want.

First, ask as though you expect to get it.

Be confident in your request coming from a perspective that there's no reason why you wouldn't get it. Or they say no, you can ask them why, or what you would need to do to get a yes. You might need to form a better business plan before you will get a loan. You might need to take a course in computers before you will get a promotion. You might need to spend more quality time with your family before you will get the loving support you need. By getting this feedback you are able to make adjustments and ask again with better chances of getting a yes.

Second, assume you can get what you want if you only ask for it.

You want a window seat? Assume all you have to do is ask for it. You want an ocean view? Cheaper tickets? A scholarship? A better deal? Just ask for it as if that's all you have to do to get it.

And finally, be specific about what you want or need.

Do you want to make $5,000 more a year? Then don't just ask for a raise. Ask for $5,000 more a year. Vague request produce vague results. Don't just ask for more time with your spouse; ask for a date on Friday night. Don't ask for help on a project, ask for what you want that person to take care of.

Getting a good perspective on rejection and learning how to ask will make a world of difference for you as you work toward your goals. Practice asking and you'll get very good at it! You'll even speed your progress by getting what you need, or improving yourself in order to get it later.

Make a list of what you need to ask for in all areas of your life, and then start asking!

Healing Tip - How to Protect Your Energy

Everyone can benefit from using some level of energetic protection, but if you tend to be around a lot of people on a daily basis, particularly with the vulnerable, or as an intuitive or healer, then you should build energetic protection into your daily routine.

You can pick up energetic “stuff” from places and people just by being there, and of course when you move negative energies in a healing you don’t want to take them away with you in your energy field, and especially if you tend to be highly sensitive to energy.

As most of you are aware now, your thoughts are very powerful, and in these times of a tremendous amount of change a consequently, negativity and fear floating around, it is important to protect oneself so you can remain positive through these changes.

When you are able to remain positive and not buy into the doomsday prophecies and fear based philosophies, you have the ability to change the world around you for the better. Remember that your thoughts, words and actions, do invariably affect everyone around you. Negativity is contagious, but so is staying positive.

Protection Technique - The Love Shield

One of the most powerful ways to protect oneself is also one of the most simple techniques. Simply surround yourself with the vibration of pure and unconditional love from the creator.

You can also give that energy a colour – any colour that represents love to you. Let that energy pour in from the Divine, through your crown chakra, into all of your chakras through all of your tissues, bones, organs, cells, molecules, atoms and to quantum level. Allow that energy to also permeate out into all the layers of your aura.

You can also “ask” to have that energy fill you up throughout all time, space, dimension, reality, universe, event, etc. so that it fills all aspects of your being at all levels. Another thing you can specify is for any energy that does not serve your highest good, will either “burn up” or be returned to the light – either way - that energy will be transformed into light so that it can be used for healing. Any energy that will benefit your well being, will be allowed through this shield in it’s fullest form possible and can even be amplified if you choose.

Because your intent is very powerful, whatever you intend, will be. You can add any visual to this basic exercise to make your shield more clear and concentrated as you would like it to be. Also, the more often you practice this visualization, the stronger it will get over time. Not to mention the fact that if you practice this daily, you will not accumulate any unsupportive thoughts or energies.

Healing Tips - How to Clear Your Energy

When we go about our day-to-day business, we can often pick up on energy that may or may not be healthy for us, whether we are aware of it or not. This can cause is to become scattered and ungrounded. Also, if we are taking on someone else's negativity, it can affect our own moods in a very negative way. We need to learn to recognize with this is happening, so that we can prevent it before it begins.

The planet is changing drastically as we move faster and faster towards 2012 and what is known as the Shift of the Ages. Consequently, there is far more intensity of all the emotions than ever before. Those who wish not to grow and evolve, are going into either fear or control / manipulation mode in order to keep the rest of us from becoming the glorious beings of light that has been prophesized for thousands of years.

We are going through a time of great change and upheaval, but we can choose for it to be a process of adventure, growth, excitement, renewal and joy. Or...we can choose the other option. Whichever method of growth and evolvement that we choose, there will still be those who choose the fear-based method. We are even more susceptible to those negative thoughts and emotions than ever before.

If we decide not to take on the "stuff" of others, we can navigate through the labrynth with grace, ease and beauty. If we happen to pick up and take on other people's fear and negativity, there is a way to clear it out of your system, so that you remain balanced and aligned with Creator.

The following is a wonderful visualization that you can use daily to help clear out anything energy that does not serve your highest good.

Clearing Visualization - Light Shower

This exercise can be done, either by visualizing, or while taking a shower, and is wonderful way to rejuvenate yourself as well as clear any unwanted energy.

1) While in the shower, or imagining you are in the shower, feel the water pour down over your skin. Become acutely aware of how the water feels on your skin, the temperature, taste, etc, and how it makes you feel physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

2) Imagine that the water is not just water, but that it is also droplets of pure, radiant light. Visualize all of the colors of the rainbow, sparkling, opalescent and glowing.

3) Imagine that this light water not only pours over top of your physical body, but it also permeates every cell of your body and energy field.

4) As the light and water falls off your body, and drains from you at the cellular levels, it takes with it, all impurities physical toxins from all of your organs and cells, all thoughts and feelings not do not serve you, and any energy that is not yours and that is not in your highest good.

5) Imagine that the water at your feet or in your tub, which is now flowing down the drain, is taking everything with it that was cleansed from your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, right down to the cellular level.

6) Visualize that once the water and light has fully done down the drain, that the impurities and toxins are now healed, and transmuted into light, to be recycled back into the universe.

7) Note how you feel before, during and after this exercise and journal your experiences.

Ask, Trust and You Shall Receive!

Embracing the Changes Within

I'm feeling rather inspired to write a bit about something that a lot of us are experiencing or contemplating these days. Over the past few months and especially this past weekend at the expo, I've observed that there a lot of people going through some major changes in their lives. Either they are contemplating how to make the changes they feel are long overdue, or just starting to make those changes.

The new energies that are coming in these days seem to be almost forcing us onto our true life paths, sometimes whether we like it or not. There seems to be an almost intense urgency for us to get in alignment and start doing what we came here to do. I'm getting big chills through my body even as I type.

Some of us are seriously considering or in the process of leaving our 3D jobs and some are feeling the energetic push to do so. Some of these changes are even being forced upon us by creating situations that make us so uncomfortable that we are almost being given no choice but to walk away.

This is not only what I've observed from the many readings and Reiki sessions I've done with people lately (especially this past weekend), but in my own life.

Some of you know that for the past two years I've been receiving clear messages about the idea of walking away from my own 3D job and walking into my 5D life purpose. I've fought this for two years now out of sheer terror of not having any income to cover my 3D needs. Then along came Metatron: A Matrix of Healing (thank you Elaine!!!), which allowed me to decrease the number of hours at my 3D job, which then allowed the "transition time" that I felt I needed to get my act together. This has given me the feeling of safely so I could move into the 5D career without fear or worry about where the money was going to come from.

This has drastically changed yet again. I can feel an almost electric energy vibrating around and within me that tells me that life will never be the same after this - as tears of joy start to well up, telling me that this is a very good change! I somehow suspect that some of you out in cyber-space may know this feeling of which I speak because you are experiencing it too!

Some of you already know that about two weeks ago, I quit my day job that I had been at for the past eight months, due to some stuff that I won't get into. Suffice it to say, I was "forced" to leave that situation, leaving myself open to bigger and better possibilities.

To top it all off, two days after I quit, a very good friend of ours shared a message from a close family member of hers who passed a way not too long ago. Danard and I were incredibly blessed to have met Patricia a few times, who was the most amazing and gifted light worker I think I've ever met.

Our friend Chris shared with me last week that she got a reading by a medium, and that Patricia had a message for me. She told Chris, through this medium, that I don't have to do any job that I don't want and choose to do. That was it...simple, but exactly what I needed to hear, as that was two days after I quit my job. Me being stubborn, I still wasn't ready take the leap of faith and walk away from 3D jobs permanently.
My original plan was to go back to driving school bus when the unexpected happened.

Danard offered to support me for a month so I can focus 100% on Thunderbird Sky so I don't have to go back to a day job. WOW! This really blew me away. Talk about a HUGE gift, and it gave me the push I needed...

As of yesterday morning (April 24), I had also planned to re-take my required re-training starting today, "just in case" I still needed to go back when the month was up. BUT. I found out yesterday that's not possible, due to being so close to the end of the school year. So much for the "just in case" back up plan. Go figure…

So...here I am, as I think many of you are as well, perched on the precipice and ready to take the big leap into the unknown. Much to my utter amazement, I'm not worried - not even in the least. Ok - maybe a tiny bit, but without the fear this time around. That change, in and of itself is a significant one. Something big must be in the works. Needless to say, I'm pretty pumped about this whole thing, and wanted to share it with you all.

A lot of you out there know one thing about me - that I've had a lot of difficulty in this whole idea of really trusting that the money will be there when I need it, and that I really don't need this 3D job thing. It's taken this experience to force me to trust. I'm also now being forced to walk the talk that I talk about during classes, readings and sessions.

The lesson in all of this - that when the divine timing is right, the situations and opportunities WILL and DO cross your way to get you on the path that you set in motion before you came here. If it hasn't already happened, it's guaranteed that it will soon. We all need to trust that the shift happens when we are ready - no sooner, no later. It may take us years to get to this point, but it does and is happening. And not just to a few of us, it's now happening to everyone. No one is immune to these new changes that are coming in.

As we come closer and closer to 2012, we are gradually or more often that not, not-so-gradually, being guided onto our true paths. Those who fight this process are in for a rough ride. But if we learn to breath deeply and accept these changes with grace, ease and beauty, something I'm finally learning, we will no longer need them to be difficult or painful. The changes can even be joyful and full of laughter and excitement. But this is a choice that each of us has to make. We can do this the easy or the hard way, but regardless of how we choose to shift with the shifting of the ages, it's happening. With or without us.

The biggest key in all of this is trust. Trust, trust, and then trust even more - as I look sheepishly at my keyboard, averting the many eyes of those who have told me time and again to just get out of my own damn way and stop living in fear of the what-ifs. Okay, okay, I get it. Which is why I can now confidently stand on my soap box and say to all of you - If I can do it, so can you!

Oh...and by the way, these changes aren't limited to just our job & careers. These changes are going to be and are affecting every area of our lives - career, relationships, health, prosperity, family, self-worth, life purpose, etc. Everything we have known up to this point in history is being re-wired and re-written. Our very DNA is changing in order to open us up to greater and higher vibrations of light than we've ever experienced before.

Life as we've known it to be up to this point, is a thing of the past as the veil between here and there is quickly disappearing. The sooner that we realize all of this, the sooner that we can get on with the show. And… the only way to ride through these changes… is to strap on our eight foot Angel wings and enjoy the view!

A Few Words on Negative Self Talk

On the same subject as the previous post, I would like to specifically talk about negative self-talk and how it affects us on all levels, including physically.

Before I get into that, I would like to get a bit "scientific", which for me is a stretch since I'm your typical artist type (and I prefer that way, lol...). Some of you may have seen the film, "What the Bleep Do We Know." If you haven't, it's sort of a beginners intro to Quantum Physics as it relates to spirituality, and particulartly, to the Law of Attraction. If you haven't already seen, go buy it or at least rent it. It's well worth taking a look.

One of the talks in the film is about Japanese scientist and doctor of alternative medicine by the name of Masaru Emoto, whom you may have already heard of. If you already know about him, bear with me while I give some background to those who have not.

Masaru began to do research on the affects that words and emotions have on water. Through his research he found out that it was when water was in a frozen crystal from, it revealed its true nature. He began to do experiments with water of all types where he would have a drop of water on a slide, with words or phrases typed onto the slide. He would then freeze this water until took on a crystalline form. His conclusions were amazing and something out of science fiction...

When he placed the water next to positive words, the water would form beautiful and intricate designs, but when negative ones were placed, the formations were very ugly and distorted. This result happened over and over again.

Keep in mind, that these were just words typed on paper, placed next to the water. Pretty inoculous one might think. Just by having a piece of paper, which holds no energy of emotion, we can change the structure of water.

Okay...no big deal right? WRONG!!

Now you add to that, the power of placing an emotion behind those words. Add to that again, the fact that we are made up of 80% water and the fact that we are constantly being bombarded with negative images, words, thoughts from every direction possible (especially in our own minds). Not to mention, the fact that our thoughts, feelings, actions and words are highly contagious...

Well...you do the math.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out why we live in such in unhappy and out of balance world.

A great deal of research has been done since these initial experiments, and there have been some incredible realizations that have come from it. Namely the diseases that have nearly taken over the world at an alarming rate, namely cancer. Western medicine already knows that stress causes most illesses. Literally we, as a society, are killing ourselves with negative thinking.

Here are a few more of Emoto's photos of how different types of words affected the water crystals for you to ponder as you're reading.

Now...there's no hard scientific proof of this next idea, but if our thoughts and emotions have the kind of power to change our own water / crystalline natures, in the way that the water changed in Emoto's experiements, what do you think those same thoughts will affect our own bodies? All I can say is, "OUCH!" No wonder cancer is the leading cause of death in North America.

Ponder this for a moment...imagine the result of years of some of that harshness and cruetly that we place on our own selves, much less what other think and say about us...add to that the violence in the media and even in our own back yards. Well...It seems to me that its a miracle that we haven't wiped ourselves out completely by now, and doesn't surprise me in the least, that cancer is one of the biggest killers of our time, and getting worse.

Having said that, going back to the previous post and the idea that for every single positive thought, there's 10,000 negative ones that are neutralized...there is hope in all of this! Which makes the challenge I put out there in the last post even more critical. If we all spend some time consciously changing the way we thing, speak, feel and act, this alone, can change the world. If you don't believe me, just try the challenge for a day and see what y0u think...

The point is...let's get this message out there in a big way, "When you change your thoughts (and emotions), you change your reality." LITERALLY!!! So, let's change our reality for the better starting NOW!!

A New Way of Thinking?!?

You know...I've really got to get more on top of blogging more here and give all of you guys a reason to visit lots and lots!

I'd like to chat a bit today about some of the things that have been going on in Tibet recently in the days and months leading up the the Olympics in Bejing. I'm sure you've all heard about the power struggle that is really coming to a head as a result of 50 years of Chinese occupation in Tibet. There has been a lot of violence, much of it being reported inaccurately, if at all. His Holiness, the Dalai Lama has been pleading with his people who are still in Tibet, to continue to practice non-violence to deal with this difficult situation. His pleads seem to be, unfortunately, falling on more or less, deaf ears. The Tibetan communities in Tibet are fed up with the treatment they they have been subject to since the beginning of the cultural revolotion in the late 50's.

This situation in Tibet and China has the whole world in an uproar. What I find most interesting about this is the fact that it has taken an event like this for the world to finally take a real notice of what has been going on for nearly 5o years. I only hope that the leaders of the world start to realize that something needs to be done about the situation, in some kind of reasonable and diplomatic manner.

It can often lead the rest of us though, to feel a little helpless to be able to help in any way, from the other side of the planet. But in my opinion, I think we can all make a difference. Not only for this situation, but for the many other countries, cultures and races who have, or are currently experiencing a similar fate. The best and most important wayany of us can contribute in a positive manner is to not contribute with feelings of anger, resentment or hostility. Not only towards the Chinese, but just in general.

Anytime that we engage in any kind of negative thinking (or for that matter, simple complaining), even if it is about the really small stuff going on in our own individual lives, we feed into the greater consciousness of that same kind of thinking. By doing this, we not only add to this mass consciousness which seems to have kind of taken over, but we exponentially make it worse.

Our thoughts are so incredibly powerful, that even having one single negative thought, that goes out into the ether and spreads like wildfire. Complaining does the same thing. It puts you into negative frame of mind, which in turn, affects your mood, which affects your day and how you deal with situations and people, which can put others into that same mood. Have you ever noticed that when you wake up in a good mood, but something happens like you stub your toe, that you end up spiraling downhill really fast?

So instead, how about spreading a smile and a good sense of humour instead, because without humour, well...I don't even care to think about that, so I won't put anymore energy there, hehe.

One really interesting fact, and some really great news in all of this, is that for every single positive, loving, joyous thought or feeling, it cancels out 10,000 negative ones.

So...with that in mind, it wouldn't take very many of us, to send loving thoughts to the oppressors AND victims (we've ALL been on both sides of that coin...) of the world, for it to completely counteract all of the negativity they put into the world.

How powerful is that? Even just having gratitude for the wonderful things that you DO have in your life. We've all heard about the Law of Attraction by now. Whatever it is you are focusing on, even if its about what you don't want, that's what you get more of. Thoughs become things...and the closer we get to 2012, the faster our thoughts are manifesting.

So...I'm putting it out there as a challenge to all of you who may be reading this (myself included), is to stop the negative talk, thoughts, complaining, etc. There's a website out there (http://www.acomplaintfreeworld.org/) who's message is to challenge yourself to stop complaining for 21 days, which I recommend trying.

But...because most of us have such a bad habit of this, I suggest trying it for a day first...and if necessary, just for an hour. That might be a big enough challenge to start with for some of us. Once you've been successful with an hour, then try two hours, then three, etc. Let's all see how long we can go without one complaint, or negative thought, word or action. Once you've got the hang of not complaining and having negative thoughts, is to replace those with thoughts and words of kindness and love. Not just towards others, but (this is often the most difficult challenge) towards own selves. We don't realize how much we beat ourselves up, until you become aware that we do. We are most often, infitesimally much harder and meaner to ourselves that we would ever be to those around us, even our worst enemies.

Wow...that's a realization and a half!
