Transformational Oasis Evening
Date: Friday, May 6, 2011

Join us for an intimate & safe gathering for those who are willing and want to spend time remembering their soul's purpose & creating change in their lives. This will be a profoundly life changing event, that will be held on the first Friday every month. The first event being on May 6, 2011.
You will have an experience that will be free-flowing, revitalizing, tranquil, expansive, playful, connecting and so much more.
Take yourself... out of the ordinary and into the Extraordinary. You will have a chance to experience deep guided experience to connect to your inner self & soul, lightbody activations, techniques to release stress and tension in the body, drumming & sound healing, and energy & body work. There will also be space created for you to meditate & journal privately, a space to socialize and network with others and have some refreshments.
Every gathering will embody a different theme, so no two of these events will be the same. Future events may also include movement & dance, mini facials / manicures, various body & energy work practitioners, foot baths, creative exploration, and more.
Our first event will be centered around Transformation. The evening will begin with a warm and enveloping welcome into the space by your Oasis tour guide. Once everyone has arrived, we will then gather in the main room to co-create an opening ceremony to create a sacred space for the evening.
From there, you will be invited to participate in whatever activity that you feel drawn to experience:
1) Meditate or journal in silence in a sacred, calming space in the meditation room.
2) Receive a Lightbody activation that will help to raise your vibration and connect to your Soul Self.
3) Go on a guided journey to connect with your highest self, Angel, spirit guide or power animal. You will learn how to tap into your inner wisdom to receive direct personal, inner guidance.
5) Connect with your nervous system in a gentle and allowing way to release tension, stress and pain from the physical body. This technique will help you to achieve deep relaxation, ease of movement & a greater range of motion. Fantastic!
6) Spend time connecting with other of like mind and spirit in the social room.
7) Because our physical bodies also require nurturing, we will also have healthy snacks, tea and other refreshments set up in the kitchen.
Whether you are meditating or journaling in silence in the meditation room, or socializing or going on a guided journey, you will have an experience that will take you to deeper levels of your being and leave you feeling refreshed, replenished and connected.

Reiki Level 1 - March 11-13, 2001
Reiki is a Japanese form of energetic relaxation therapy, which helps to stimulate and balance physical, mental, emotional and energetic systems. Benefits include relaxation, rejuvination, better sleep, mental clarity, focus, inner peace and calm. Reiki is also a tool for self-discovery and a spiritual path to enlightenment.
Level One Reiki is a 2.5 day intensive course, held over a Friday evening and Saturday / Sunday, which inc...ludes powerful and sacred level one attunements, information on the history of Reiki, and ways of applying this unique science.
Specific hand positions covering the head, front and back of the body, and their corresponding physical, mental, emotional and spiritual significance are extensively covered. Instructions are given on how to utilize Reiki with family, friends, plants, animals, food and water. The benefits of using Reiki in a group are discussed and an actual group treatment is experienced.
No Prerequisite to be able to attend this class. It's suited for those who are brand new to healing and also for those who are more advanced practitioners of other healing modalities.

As practitioners, we often forget that we need to receive healing as well. Our healing circles offer you the opportunity to share your healing gifts with others, as well as receive a healing with other experienced healers. Our circles are open to practitioners of any healing modality and experience level.

Talking Circle
You will be guided through a non-invasive, self directed and empowering healing process that will release the muscle known as the Psoas. You will also learn about how the health of this important muscle affects all areas of your life.
The Psoas muscle is a major muscle which stabilizes the base of the spine, allowing it to flex, and rotating the hips for a free range of movement. When kept limber, the psoas functions smoothly with the other muscles of the body to support an upright posture and a flexible lower spine and hips.
The psoas is also known as a “sacred” muscle in the body which stores physical / mental / emotional / sexual energy, memory, trauma and stress. By releasing the Iliopsoas muscle, stress, emotions and other types of trauma will be released through the use of a non-invasive and self-guided technique. You will leave this workshop with the ability to use this technique any time you choose.
A talking circle is a traditional Native healing tool using a talking stick. We begin by "smudging in", where we pass around a mixture of sage, sweetgrass, cedar and lavender which cleanses any unwanted energies. We then pass around a Talking Stick; giving everyone in the circle the opportunity to speak whatever is in their heart or mind. Whoever is holding the talking stick has the floor and all others in the circle listen from their heart space and does not interrupt the speaker. Each circle we will have a moderator to ensure that the circle keeps moving and will select a topic for each round.
